REPAIR PROCESS
On request the vehicle is quoted and submitted within a 12 hour period. Upon authorisation customers are contacted and repairs booked for the earliest possible time. Customers are kept informed of the progress of repairs to their vehicle via telephone or SMS. Upon drop off, customers best contact details are confirmed and sufficient notice is given prior to completion to allow the customer to organise collection of their vehicle or for Barossa Valley CollisionĀ to deliver at their convenience.
